You will receive a kit with all the necessary materials to follow the class and paint your first porcelain piece using the Japanese technique (shipping available anywhere in Brazil).
In the first part of the class we will have a theoretical presentation and demonstration of the movements. And you will begin to test your first brushstrokes on paper. In the second half we will return to practicing on paper, the design project that will be done on the porcelain, and the much-anticipated painting on the porcelain.
The small class size allows for close and constant monitoring of the practical aspects, ensuring you get the most out of the course.

Sometsuke is a blue and white painting technique on porcelain. A traditional style that uses cobalt blue pigment applied under a clear glaze.
Known for its elegant simplicity and the timeless beauty of the contrast between the deep blue and white of the porcelain.
Immersion
A first experience with Japanese painting on porcelain.
It's a 4-hour class, with theory, history, detailed demonstration, and guided practice.
No prior experience with painting techniques is necessary.
You will experiment with cobalt pigment from Japan and different types of brushes.
